• Browse pilau dishes prepared by Best Pilau’s team.
• Order pilau for delivery to a specified location.
• All dishes are prepared by Doxizzle Vending Ltd and do not involve third-party restaurants.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Order Process

• Placing Orders: Orders can be placed via the App. Ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.
• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
• Delivery Times: Best Pilau aims to deliver orders within the estimated time. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments

• Pricing: Prices are listed in the App and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via mobile money, credit/debit card, or other payment options available on the App.
• Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases of failed delivery or incorrect orders.

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they are being prepared or out for delivery.
• Modifications: Modifications to orders can only be made if they are requested before preparation begins.

• Delivery Charges: Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.
• Failed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details provided by the user, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
